Oven baked salmon with Parmesan Herb Crust
This baked salmon is a healthy and easy weeknight meal that will have everyone asking for more!
1/2 – 3/4
garlic, finely chopped
herbs, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a pan with foil or parchment paper. Marinate salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix butter, garlic, parmesan cheese and herbs and lightly press into salmon. Cover with foil.
Bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes (until salmon is 135 or flakes easily with a fork).
