Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms
A healthy alternative to chips and dip – spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms.
package frozen spinach
14 oz can
8 oz block
cream cheese, softened
Mix parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts.
Mix sour cream, mayo, cream cheese and garlic powder. Combine with the parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon into each mushroom, patting down gently. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
